Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website strategyascode.org and your participation in the “Business Strategy as Code” programme (together, the “Service”), operated by Menataur FZ-LLC (“Menataur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or joining the programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are & The Service

Menataur FZ-LLC is a Free Zone company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), with its registered address at RAKEZ Compass Coworking Centre, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Menataur FZ-LLC provides technology, innovation and artificial-intelligence consultancy and advisory services, together with software development. “Business Strategy as Code” is a structured consultancy and advisory programme in which we apply a proprietary, software-engineering- and AI-informed methodology to the development and validation of business strategy. The programme is delivered online through live working sessions to a cohort of participants and is worked end-to-end on a defined practical case (a fictional company, “Ledgerline Analytics”); participants then apply the same method to their own business between sessions. It is supported by proprietary methodology and materials, including the CODE-REGISTRY and worked examples.

3. Eligibility & Registration

The Service is intended for business professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Your registration is confirmed once you have submitted the required registration information and, where applicable, made the required payment or payment arrangement described in Section 4. We may, at our discretion, decline or limit registration, including to manage cohort size.

4. Fees & Payment

Programme fees are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Where checkout is enabled, payment may be made in full at the time of registration or, at your option, through a two-installment plan; there is no discount for paying in full and no surcharge for choosing installments. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. All installments must be settled according to the schedule presented at checkout, and continued participation in the programme is conditional on payment obligations being met. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges associated with your payment, except where such taxes are legally the responsibility of Menataur.

5. Refund & Cancellation

You are entitled to a full refund if you withdraw from the programme at any time before Session 2 begins — no questions asked, and with no processing fee. Once Session 2 has started, your seat is considered committed and is non-refundable.

We may, at our discretion, reschedule or cancel a cohort, for example due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a cohort, we will offer you a full refund of any amount paid for that cohort.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All programme materials — including slide decks, the CODE-REGISTRY, worked examples, session recordings, frameworks, and any other content provided as part of the Service — are the proprietary property of Menataur FZ-LLC and/or Aliaksei Ivanouski and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon registration, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the programme materials solely for your own individual and business use. You may not, and agree not to, record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, sublicense, or otherwise make the programme materials available to any third party, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. This restriction applies regardless of format, including live sessions, recordings, and written materials.

7. Participant Conduct & Acceptable Use

By joining and participating in the programme, you agree to:

  • Attend and participate in scheduled live sessions in good faith;
  • Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward facilitators and fellow participants;
  • Use the Service and programme materials only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to disrupt sessions or interfere with other participants’ experience; and
  • Comply with the intellectual property restrictions described in Section 6.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the programme, without refund beyond what is required under Section 5, in cases of serious or repeated violation of this Section.

8. Confidentiality

Live sessions may involve discussion of participants’ own business ideas, strategies, or other sensitive information shared voluntarily by fellow participants or facilitators. You agree to treat any such information shared during the programme as confidential, to use it only for the purpose of your own participation within the programme, and not to disclose it to third parties or use it for any commercial purpose without the consent of the person who shared it.

9. Advisory Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Results

Business Strategy as Code is a consultancy and advisory programme that provides strategic frameworks, tools, and general guidance for developing business strategy. Our recommendations are advisory in nature and do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or performance outcome. Your results will depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and execution. Nothing provided as part of the Service constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice, and you should obtain independent specialist advice before making business or financial decisions.

10. Warranties Disclaimer

The Service, including all programme materials, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Menataur FZ-LLC, its owners, and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the programme in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Menataur FZ-LLC and its owners and representatives from and against any reasonable claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on certain third-party providers to operate, including Stripe for payment processing, Calendly for scheduling, and WhatsApp (a Meta service) for handling enquiries submitted through our “Request a Call” form. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.

14. Changes to These Terms and to the Programme

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and material changes will apply prospectively. We may also make reasonable changes to programme content, format, or scheduling from time to time to improve the Service, provided such changes do not materially reduce the value of a place you have already paid for without offering appropriate remedies under Section 5.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
