Run the method with us on your own strategy question. Help shape the agent.

A paid pilot of about 90 days from signing. Within six weeks, people run the method with you on a decision you are facing and give you a written result in which each claim is graded against its evidence. If the BSaC_ agent MVP is ready during your pilot, you try it and have a say in how it is built.

The pilot

What you get, and what we ask

What you get

  • The method, run by people on one strategy decision of yours, from signing. Within six weeks you receive a written result: a one-sentence problem statement, a worksheet, graded evidence, a register of the assumptions the decision rests on with an owner for each, a “what if wrong?” map, and a readout with your leadership team.
  • A walk-through of the prototype.
  • Direct access to the founder.
  • Influence on the agent roadmap. The pilot includes shaping the agent, not only consulting hours.
  • Use of the agent MVP at no extra charge, if it is ready during your pilot. If it is not, you keep the written result and see the roadmap.
  • You can stop at about week four and keep the work done so far; the rest of the fee is not charged.

See the kind of result you get: a worked example on public data, not a client. (opens in a new tab)

What we ask

  • A named executive sponsor and a project owner.
  • A real strategy decision or problem you will face in the next 90 days.
  • Access to the documents and data the decision rests on. Public or redacted material is enough to start.
  • A fortnightly feedback session.
  • The fixed fee, agreed in writing. Public naming is not a condition. A reference is optional and needs your written consent.

How we handle your material

  • We start from public or redacted material. Confidential material is shared only under a written agreement.
  • If we propose to use an AI tool on your material, we name it, say where it runs and how long it keeps data, and ask for your written agreement first.

Who it is for

Company decision-makers: founders, CEOs, CTOs and transformation leads.

Applying for yourself rather than for a company? See what is available for individuals.

How we choose: four tests

  1. A real decision within 90 days. You can name the decision and when it is due.
  2. A named executive sponsor. One person who can say yes to a change.
  3. Material we can see. Documents and data relevant to the decision can be shared.
  4. A company, not an individual. The pilot is bought by an organisation.

Status

What exists today, and what does not yet

Exists today

  • The method, published. The white paper is auditable and open to review. It covers the method, not the agent.
  • We are implementing the method with a client company, in its own strategy. Consulting work, delivered by people.
  • A series of teardowns. Real companies’ strategies traced to public evidence, on YouTube.
  • A strategy-chain prototype with a deterministic validator. It runs on an illustrative company (Tallowmere Payments) with a seeded signal. Its proposals are pre-written placeholders, not model output.
  • A silent recording of one prototype run. 1 min 4 s.

Planned

  • An MVP with design partners. In build.
  • Live AI proposals. They replace the pre-written placeholders.
  • General availability. Later.

A human approves every change.

How it works

Six steps from application to day 90

  1. Apply

Send the application. We reply within 2 business days.

  2. Founder review

The founder reads each application against the four tests.

  3. Call

A call to understand the decision and what it rests on.

  4. Scope and fee

We agree the written scope and the fixed fee together, before any work starts.

  5. Pilot

About 90 days from signing. In the first six weeks, people run the method on your question and give you the written result. If the agent MVP is ready, you try it for the rest of the pilot.

  6. Day-90 review

We review together. You decide whether to continue or stop. Continuing is a separate written agreement; nothing renews by itself.
