The same method, delivered by people.

Every engagement is delivered by people, using the method the BSaC_ agent is being built to run. A human approves every change.

Ways to work together

Start with a diagnostic, or choose the engagement that fits.

Each engagement ends with something your team keeps. Scope is written before work starts.

E1

Problem Diagnostic

First step

A fixed-fee diagnostic that ends in a one-sentence problem statement, a worksheet and graded evidence.

For CEO, CFO or COO · Typically 2–3 weeks · Fixed fee agreed in writing before work starts

The exact length depends on the problem and how much evidence needs collecting, and it is fixed in the written scope before work starts.

What happens in the Problem Diagnostic

  1. Week 1 · Frame Alex works with you to write the decision at stake as one sentence your leadership team can sign.
  2. Week 2 · Evidence Each claim in today’s view is coded to the evidence behind it and graded, so it is clear which rest on a fact and which on an assumption.
  3. Week 3 · Compose and test The evidence is composed into the worksheet and the problem statement is tested against it. A two-week scope combines weeks 2 and 3.
Your time
4–6 hours of your leadership team’s time, across the engagement
Deliverables
A one-sentence problem statement, a worksheet and graded evidence.
Readout
A readout meeting with your leadership team at the end.
The decision it enables
Whether to commission the strategy work: go or no-go, on evidence you can check.

Who this is for

Built for the people who have to sign off a transformation

  • CEO, CFO or COO

You carry the decision and need a problem statement the leadership team can sign.

  • CIO, CTO or CDO

You own the technology case and need it to hold up in front of the board.

  • Sponsor or PMO lead

You need the roadmap, risks and benefits tied to evidence before delivery starts.

  • Founder without a full-time CTO

You are building or scaling a product and need senior technical judgement a few days a week, before a full-time hire makes sense.

On the method

It's the first strategy material I've seen that treats strategy the way engineers treat code … Alex's series is built on one rule instead: no output without traceable input. Every claim cites the coded evidence it was derived from, so conclusions read like stack traces, and you can click any statement all the way back to a raw fact. … it converts strategy from a genre of persuasion into a discipline of evidence. A strategy that cannot show its trace is not a strategy. Rare work.

On the method

It was a total mind-blower in the best possible way. Before this, so much of what we did was based on intuition, and it was hard to connect the dots in a logical, fact-based, transparent way. This chain of frameworks gave me absolute clarity. Now I see exactly how to build a strategy that drives real results and solves actual problems, rather than just sitting around as a beautiful piece of paper.

Who leads

Who is behind it

Aliaksei “Alex” Ivanouski

Aliaksei “Alex” Ivanouski

Fractional CTO & Founding Engineer

Creator of the Business Strategy as Code method. Started as a military engineer, then spent 10+ years building products across fintech, adtech, social platforms and large-scale backend systems. Today he works at the intersection of business and technology: helping companies get clear on what to build, then designing and developing the systems that turn that clarity into a working product.

Why an engineer leads strategy

An engineer cannot ship a result that appeared from nowhere: every value has to trace back to what produced it. Alex brings that same rule, no output without a traceable input, to strategy, where it has been missing. His MBA gives him the strategy vocabulary; his engineering career gives him the discipline to make it auditable rather than decorative.

FAQ

Questions before you get in touch

Is consulting delivered by the agent?

No. Consulting is delivered by people today, and the agent takes no part in current engagements.

The agent is being built on the same method. It aims to run that method inside a company's own organisation, and a human approves every change.

How does an engagement start?

With a call. You describe the problem; Alex confirms whether a diagnostic fits, and the scope and fixed fee are written down before any work begins.

What do you keep at the end?

Everything the engagement produces: the problem statement, the graded evidence and the working documents.

Your team owns its artefacts; the method stays with its author.

Is the fee fixed?

The Problem Diagnostic and Strategy Sprint carry a fixed fee with scope written in advance. Other engagements run on a fixed fee or a monthly retainer, agreed on a call.

Who delivers the work?

Every engagement is led personally by Aliaksei “Alex” Ivanouski.

Larger scopes are agreed on a call, including who else is involved.

How does the Fractional CTO role differ from advisory?

The Fractional CTO / Transformation Lead role is person-led and ongoing, on a retainer of agreed days per week. The diagnostic, sprint and roadmap engagements are fixed-scope and produce a traceable set of documents.

You can combine them.

Is your information kept confidential?

Confidentiality is agreed in writing before work starts. You decide what you share, and the work stays within the terms both sides sign.

Raise any confidentiality requirement on the first call so that it goes into the agreement.

Which markets does BSaC Consulting work in, and is the work remote or on-site?

BSaC Consulting works with leadership teams in the GCC, the UK, Europe and the US. The work is remote-first: on-site sessions are arranged when they help, or a longer on-site presence is agreed in the scope.

Tell Alex where your team sits on the first call and the format is agreed there.

How is this different from hiring a large consultancy?

One named senior lead does the work personally, the scope is written down before it starts, and every output is traceable to its evidence and stays with your team.

A large firm suits a programme that needs a big team. This suits a leadership team that wants a senior person and an output it can check.

Bring the decision you cannot yet defend.

A brief call is enough to tell whether a diagnostic fits.

I reply to your request within one working day. Or email aliaksei.ivanouski@gmail.com.
